TD Bank has kicked off 2013 with an eye-catching new marketing campaign called Bank Human Again. The TV spots from the campaign depict customers dealing with the sometimes comical inhumanity of banks, such as limited hours of operation. The ad featuring a small business customer dealing with this particular problem can be seen here.

Other ads related to the campaign feature the personal stories of customers and employees, such as the ad ‘Meet Tamara,’ which features a ‘social media specialist’ from the bank.
TD Bank is pushing the Bank Human Again message on television, in print, and online, and created the website bankhumanagain.com to anchor the campaign. The ads from this campaign can be seen on the site, the URL of which was registered by PR agency Tierney Communications in November 2012, as well as on TD Bank’s YouTube channel.
