JJ Hornblass, Executive Editor
JJ started the first iteration of Bank Automation News back in 2007. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Media, Bank Automation News’s parent and which he founded Royal in 1995. He has a BS in Economics from Yeshiva University and a Master’s from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. He lives in New York City with his wife, two daughters, and son. He counts among his accomplishments one New York City Marathon, two New York City Triathlons and the 2010 Father’s Day 5K, the first race he ever ran with his daughters.
Bianca Chan, News Editor
Bianca is a Seattle-based business journalist who covers the financial technology industry. Previously, Bianca covered auto finance, local news, education, technology, and worked in advertising as a content writer. She graduated with honors from Carleton University, the most reputable journalism school in Canada. When she’s not writing, Bianca rock climbs, takes long walks through Seattle’s residential neighborhoods and is an avid home cook.

Bill is the Global Account Executive working at Bank Automation News in the New York office responsible for digital advertising and sponsorship sales. Before working at Bank Automation News, he handled digital advertising sales at IQPC and Gannett. He has over 10 years of providing digital marketing solutions to education, finance and technology companies. He spends most of his off time trying new restaurants and cheering for the NY Mets.
