Google has been on a mission to bring all its payment tools under the Google Pay brand, and today that includes Android Pay.
Google said today that it has launched Google Pay for Android. According to the announcement, the app on Android will have all the existing features of Android Pay plus some additional ones, including an extra layer of security as Google Pay wont share the user’s card number at POS.
The Google Pay movement is intended to make payment at POS and online faster and seamless.
