Nicolas Kopp, CEO of the N26 U.S.A., will speak at Bank Innovation Ignite in Seattle in March 2019 on Building the Future of Banking.
Building the bank of the future is something Kopp knows a lot about. After being one of the early employees of German challenger bank N26, as the Head of Business Development & Operations, Kopp was tasked with setting up from the ground up — N26 USA, which is set to launch early next year.
On this panel, Kopp will be answering questions such as which fintechs have the potential to revolutionize financial services? What are FIs doing right — and wrong? As well, the panel will touch on future technology trends that will affect financial services.
Prior to joining N26, Kopp served in investment banking for five years. He holds a BA from the University of St. Gallen and an MSc from London School of Economics.
Bank Innovation Ignite will be held at the Hotel Olive8 in Seattle and will feature startup demos as well as sessions on data-sharing in the era of open banking, wealth management in the AI age, and much more. Attendees will also have the chance to seek advice and insights from fintech experts at the Innovation Bar. Other companies speaking at the event include Wells Fargo, HSBC, and Fiserv.
