Move over Miss Cleo. There is a new tool in town that allows banks to simulate what-if business situations.
Chordiant Software, Inc., provider of customer experience software and services, just announced the general availability of this new application, dubbed Chordiant Cx Visual Business Director.
The aim of the tool is to visually determine the potential success of customer interaction scenarios. Specifically, the application lets banks simulate, test, monitor and control the performance of customer strategies across the enterprise as well as test and view other potential strategies as they are devised. Banks can play out scenarios to see how metrics like profitability, resource load and revenue would play out.
“A visual business developer can try out the scenarios before going live in all contexts of business,” says Rob Walker, vice president of strategy and innovation. He notes that Chordiant is diving further into the “intelligence aspect” with this release.
