Don Cardinal is managing director of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX). Cardinal leads FDX by engaging with FDX members across the financial services and Fintech ecosystem in the U.S. and Canada to develop and implement the FDX API technical standard and to promote FDX’s five principles for permissioned data sharing: Control, Access, Transparency, Traceability & Security. Since its launch in October 2018 with 21 founding members, Cardinal has grown the nonprofit standards body to over 170 member organizations and 12 million consumers have been migrated to the FDX API.

Allysun Fleming is a senior vice president and head of client experience for treasury management at Wells Fargo. Allysun leads the implementation and make-it-easy teams, responsible for transforming the customer experience through a series simplification and digitization efforts. She also oversees all end-to-end processes supporting commercial banking onboarding to help build a consistent, optimized experience.  

Prior to this role, Allysun was responsible for expanding cross-border solutions for customers across the bank through partnerships and for go-to market strategies for international products. She also supported business banking deposit strategies as a product manager in the business deposits group, and led financial planning and analysis for the Florida region through the Wells Fargo and Wachovia integration.

He has also held senior leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and Critical Path Inc., where he led the creation of several leading global digital experiences.

Herman also previously held several leadership roles at Microsoft across Windows and Azure and received multiple patents for his work across identity, distributed systems and commerce platform initiatives.

Her role entailed engaging with lenders and helping to develop the bureau’s strategy and policies related to small-dollar loans offered by banks, nonbanks, and fintech firms. Later, she authored research publications to inform rule-making efforts on small-dollar loans, overdraft programs, and debt collection. Before her work at the bureau, Leslie spent over 10 years working on public policy issues related to financial services, financial inclusion, and consumer protection. Through this work, she developed expertise in a number of financial products and services, including student loans, mortgages, and unsecured loans marketed to nonprime consumers, as well as in debt relief strategies.

He is responsible for RBC’s digital channels, omnichannel experiences and key capabilities such as identity and security and the API platform.

Rami has been with RBC for over 7 years and held various roles in marketing and channel strategy, technology and operations, payments and cards, and Digital. Most recently, Rami led the mobile, tablet and wearables organization and delivered on a number of key capabilities and Canadian firsts in payments, identity and the NOMI Artificial Intelligence platform as well as the creation of RBC’s J.D. Power award winning mobile platform. His team has recently been awarded Celent’s Model Bank of the Year award for delivering personalized client engagement, creating exceptional customer-focused experiences and building digital literacy among employees.
