Wealth management provider Fieldpoint Private has launched Fieldpoint Private Advisor Banking Services, a platform that will enable transaction transparency for registered investment advisor (RIA) firms outside of the bank.

The new software suite at the $1.4 billion private bank runs on multiple technologies including AI, identity management and data management in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment, Russ Holland, chief executive at Fieldpoint Private, told Bank Automation News.

“The combination of the advisor team plus Fieldpoint’s bankers and technology position the wealth advisor to lead on all facets of the client lifecycle and relationship — from wealth creation to lifestyle management, wealth protection and ultimately wealth transfer,” Holland said.

Within the new platform, the Greenwich, Conn.-based bank developed Fieldscope, a technology that provides advisors with a detailed view of their clients’ banking status and the ability to initiate transactions using straight-through processing, according to a bank release.

The platform, which has been in development since Q4 2021 and was launched Dec. 7, allows clients of both the bank and outside RIAs to benefit from the meshing of technology and interactions with their wealth advisors to enact automatic transactions on their behalf, Holland told BAN, adding that the advisors will link their desktops to the Fieldscope tech while the bankers develop ongoing relationships with the advisor teams.

“It is this combination of long-term human relationships and the transparency of our technology that enables our partner firms to add banking services to the overall wealth management platform that they offer to their clients,” he said.
