ConnectOne Bank is finalizing the implementation of technology by account origination solutions provider Mantl and commercial escrow and sub-account system ZSuite.
“With each implementation, production testing is our final step,” ConnectOne Chief Digital Officer Ali Mattera told Bank Automation News. “While the product[s are] live, we still move through a phase of testing, engaging a limited [number] of employees and clients to use the product in a live environment, provide feedback and carve out time to implement that feedback.”
Mantl and ZSuite’s products are both in this final phase, Mattera said. By yearend, the $9.6 billion bank will have the technology from both vendors fully integrated.
“Our focus is on fully implementing Mantl across our retail offices and completing the rollout of ZSuite,” she said.
ConnectOne first announced its plans to use Mantl in 2022 including its consumer deposit origination solution and its business deposit origination solution to digitalize the bank’s deposit onboarding process, Mattera said.
After spending 2024 implementing ZSuite’s technology, the bank recently launched its pilot phase, Mattera said. “Property managers and attorneys can implement ZSuite’s escrow solutions [ZEscrow] to effortlessly manage their accounts.”
“With the goal of modernizing our digital banking experience, these initiatives provide clients with a more intuitive and user-friendly interface while equipping our employees with advanced tools to increase workflow efficiency,” she said.
Other financial institutions including Grasshopper Bank and Radius Bank also use Mantl’s account origination technology.
